A serial killer murders a series of people near the docks of Amsterdam before taking refuge in the waters. A tenacious police inspector, with the help of a woman, discovers the identity of the madman. A good dark thriller, with a surprise ending and a series of twists that keep the viewer's attention alive. Recommended for thriller lovers.
