The Verdict
In an unspecified future, after the explosion of the last atomic bomb, a group of young people tries to survive in a ghost town, completely abandoned and moreover infested with huge rats resulting from genetic mutations. After various vicissitudes, when for the few survivors there seems to be nothing left to do, some individuals suddenly appear to their aid; but appearances are deceiving, it is not in fact a rescue mission....
We do not reveal the ending because it is the only decent thing about the film, the only "idea" of director Mattei who, by the way, makes a film that borders on unwatchability: non-existent actors, poor effects, a true B movie. Only if you see it as "trash opera" can you find something good, after all, with the very limited means available, not much more could be done. Fragaso (uncredited) also collaborated on the film's direction.
