The story revolves around a Basque Roman Catholic priest dedicated to committing as many sins as possible, a death metal salesman from Carabanchel, and the Italian host of a TV show on the occult. These go on a literal "trip" through Christmas-time Madrid to hunt for and prevent the reincarnation of the Antichrist.

Christmas Eve in Madrid: the distinguished theologian and priest Angel Berriartua is convinced of the imminent arrival of the Antichrist. His problem is that he does not know the place where he will manifest himself and for this reason he decides to consult a strange preacher who hosts the esoteric TV show "The Dead Zone". But despite their intervention, Evil begins to spread inexorably... De la Iglesia, here in his second feature film, does everything he can to try to create a film between the grotesque, horror and comedy, but his attempt is in vain. The film turns out to be a poorly assembled mix of genres that does not involve, does not scare nor does it entertain. In the cast, Maria Grazia Cucinotta.
