The director of an asylum uses the youngest and prettiest patients, whom he kills, to try to restore beauty to his disfigured sister-in-law in a car accident. A not very original plot for a film suitable only for lovers of old horror films from the sixties, far from both the cruelty of the seventies and the frenzy of current horror films.
