Jessie (Carla Gugino) y Gerald (Bruce Greenwood) son un matrimonio maduro que viaja a una remota cabaña con la esperanza de revitalizar su deteriorada relación en un sitio apartado y tranquilo. Allí Gerald propone a su mujer un juego sexual: esposarla a la cama para incrementar las sensaciones. Pero cuando éste muere de un infarto, Jessie tendrá que luchar por su supervivencia.

Mike Flanagan has absolutely bowled me over, yet again. We've had some good Stephen King adaptations in 2017 (and some bad ones, lookin' at you Dark Tower), but Gerald's Game gives Andy Muschietti's It a run for its money as the best one of the year. The core story of Gerald's Game is enough to earn it a passing grade, but everything surrounding it (and after it) elevates it to the next level.
Final rating:★★★½ - I really liked it. Would strongly recommend you give it your time.
