A young man, reached by the unexpected news of his mother's sudden death, decides to go, together with his girlfriend, to the deceased's house. Upon arriving at the residence, mysterious and horrible omens begin to manifest immediately. This is not a sequel to the film based on King's story, although the writer did participate in the film's production by collaborating on the screenplay. Plot and sequences from a "classic" horror: ominous appearances, strange noises, creaking doors but zero suspense. The result is thus nothing more than to terribly bore the viewer from the beginning to the end of the film. Forgettable!
