The posters and related images on HorrorCult are used in reduced format exclusively within editorial entries dedicated to the respective films, for identifying, informational, documentary and review purposes. The images are not offered as autonomous works, are not sold, are not made available as downloadable posters in a quality that replaces the original, and are not intended to compete with the normal economic exploitation of the underlying graphic works.
Where available, data and images come from TMDB or other official/editorial sources. This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB. Rights holders may request correction, attribution or removal by writing to: info@horrorcult.com.
This use is assessed in light of the principles set out in art. 5 of Directive 2001/29/EC and art. 70 of Italian Law 633/1941.
