For copyright protection reasons, some posters are temporarily hidden from the film pages. The grounds for the editorial use of images on this portal are illustrated below.
The contested reproduction does not constitute autonomous exploitation of the image, but rather an accessory, proportionate and functional use for the identification of the cinematographic work that is the subject of an informational entry and critical review. The image is not offered as an independent work, is not commercialised, is not made available as a downloadable poster or artwork in a quality replacing the original, nor does it compete with the economic market of the graphic work. It is included exclusively within the editorial context relating to the film to which it refers, for informational, critical, identifying and review purposes, in accordance with the rationale of the exceptions provided by art. 5 of Directive 2001/29/EC and art. 70 of Italian Law 633/1941.
