•The inhabitants of a small village are attacked by a swarm of bats made more aggressive and intelligent by some genetic experiments. A doctor, specialized in the study of nocturnal animals, will try, with the help of her assistant and the local sheriff, to avert the danger before the army's intervention, which would want to eliminate the terrible birds, even with a missile attack. A not very original story and the absence of violent scenes, to avoid restrictions by the terrible American censorship, make the film rather banal and without particular points of interest. The special effects are not the best either.
