A mad doctor, born from an incestuous relationship of a prostitute, roams around London killing all the prostitutes he finds, cutting them into pieces and throwing them into the Thames. In the end, he will be stopped thanks to the help of a woman. Klaus Kinski directed by Jesus Franco: it's not that one could expect a "masterpiece"... but at least this time Franco manages to direct a "decent" film, which does not skimp on "strong" scenes and, as usual, explicit nudity (but it is known that Franco is the Tinto Brass of the horror genre...).
