A rock musician is murdered along with his young girlfriend. A crow brings his soul and body back to seek revenge on his killers... This is the TV remake of Proyas' cult film starring the late Brandon Lee, who in this small-screen version is replaced by the handsome Mark Dacascos, who, although he has a strong resemblance to the poor Brandon, has the not insignificant flaw of not knowing how to act! This is one of those rare films that you will bitterly regret having seen: the dark gothic settings of Proyas' film give way to a quiet and normal town where Crow-Dacascos strolls cheerfully through the sun-drenched streets of beautiful days (nothing like "it can't rain forever...") and, between a shootout and a few karate moves, he even has time to play some of his pieces in the venue where he performed in life! What else can I say, perhaps one of those extremely rare cases for which a bit of censorship wouldn't do any harm... in the sense of "total censorship", so as to prevent its viewing!
