Graveyard Shift
John Hall es un vagabundo que llega a un pequeño pueblo de Maine. Necesita trabajo y decide buscar empleo en la empresa más importante de la comunidad: una gran fábrica textil. Lo contratan para trabajar en el turno de noche —desde la medianoche hasta el amanecer— y, junto con otros, se le encarga limpiar el sótano. Esta tarea les parece sencilla a los trabajadores, pero luego, a medida que se adentran en la tierra, se topan con una monstruosidad indescriptible que pretende devorarlos a todos.

Does not deliver Stephen King meanders. We all know this. He takes his sweet time building tension, characters, and delivering the point. Sometimes that works. This story does not. In text, this is tedious, on the screen, it is just boring. The characters are not engaging enough to captivate, the tension is lacking and the fear is never truly present. It is too remote, too predictable, too sane. There are far better movies of Mr King's to watch.
