Cole's fields and those of his neighbors are continuously raided by harmless but annoying bunnies. The farmers ask for help from a group of researchers at the local university who develop a substance capable of limiting the reproductive capacity of the creatures. The hormone mixture invented by the scientists has the side effect of "transforming" the harmless bunnies into enormous and voracious monsters... Based on a story by Russell Braddon, one of the most original and curious beast-movies ever made. Who could have imagined that one day even rabbits could represent a danger to man? Effective and fun, a bit trashy, especially to the eyes of the modern viewer. A small cult for those who love the genre.
