Right after she moves in with him, Frederico's new girlfriend Francesca sends him back to her former boyfriend's apartment to fetch her something she forgot - but he's surprised to find him lying there - dead. Assuming that Francesca killed him and sent him for cleaning up, he cuts him up in pieces, puts him in a suitcase and tries to get rid of it... but he has a hard time finding a suitably quiet place. Unfortunately there's a witness, who comes back on him. One thing leads to another, and the normally shy and overly fearful Frederico has to rid himself of more and more corpses until this black comedy ends.

As Chianese

Taken from a successful novel (published in Fabbri's Chiller Library) by the author of Dylan Dog: Tiziano Sclavi, the film was produced by Claudio Argento. Francesca (Chiara Caselli) has just left her man to go live in the house of her new lover (Sergio Castellitto, more neurotic and fragile than ever), but a few misunderstandings, a few lines, and the woman realizes, when she is already in the house of her new lover, that she has forgotten her anti-cellulite cream! She will send the man to retrieve it: he will witness a suicide that looks more like a murder... Mystery plot for a film that actually has some gore elements and debts to the unhealthiest horror, to note the beautiful sequence of the suitcase with the remains, dismembered, of the suicide made into pieces and the thriller sequence of his hand frozen and almost discovered by a carefree commissioner (the great illustrator Hugo Pratt, creator of Corto Maltese). In the cast, Luis Molteni also stands out. Strange film, almost ambitious, for a director who really has little on his resume... bad distribution and small commercial success have made this good film introuvable; Soldi has not worked more.
