SPLATTENSTEIN 2000

Wild Finnish production that tells the delirious and bloody adventures of Baron Splatterstein and his 'battle' against the Power Company, between ambushes on couples and violent clashes to the last blood. The video, lasting forty-five minutes, flows very well also thanks to the irony inherent in every scene. Praiseworthy is the technical quality, especially the editing, both visual and sound. The actors perform well in their roles, all strictly over the top, starting with the protagonist, who doesn't take himself seriously even for a second, making faces and grimaces every time he's on screen. As for the special effects, it must be said that here too praise is due to the creators, at least for the aforementioned editing, which enhances simple but certainly functional solutions. Anyway, the blood flows in rivers, honoring the title that the video carries. In short, a fun and appreciable video, to be watched always provided that you understand something of the dialogues!
