•Fiorino 161, a planet far, far away from Earth, is a sort of immense isolation prison. Indeed, the worst criminals in the universe are locked up there. Ripley is detached to this planet and, as expected, she will once again have to face "the creature"... Co-produced by director Walter Hill ("The Warriors") and also by the series' leading actress Sigourney Weaver, the film is directed by an emerging director like David Fincher, who will later achieve worldwide success with "Seven". Less technological than the other chapters but darker, with a Weaver who is increasingly androgynous (shaved bald for the occasion), the film is less fluid than the previous episodes and, apart from the originality of the setting, somewhat repetitive.
