A boy, recently moved with his parents and sister into a cursed house, is possessed by the Devil and after raping his poor sister, he massacres the entire family. Second chapter (although it is actually a "prequel") of the endless saga about the cursed house of Amityville, which tells the events preceding the events of the 1979 film "Amityville Horror". The film (the result of an Italian-American co-production) is like split into two parts: the first part recreates the atmospheres and situations of the first "Amityville" to then become, in the second, a sort of unsuccessful knockoff of "The Exorcist"; the film alternates moments of good suspense (the massacre of the family, the possession of the boy) with inevitable stylistic falls, yet remaining quite fluid. One last curiosity: in the role of the father-patron of the family, we find the actor Burt Young, known mainly for having played Rocky's brother-in-law in the eponymous film series.
