•An ancient and bloodthirsty spirit of a Sumerian demon awakens, in completely fortuitous circumstances, during the Gulf War, but a marine manages to temporarily avert the threat. Some years later, the same marine John Kross, who has since become a police officer in Los Angeles, will have to fight the demonic spirit again to prevent the end of the world. A poorly executed mix of thriller, horror, and action movie starring second-tier stars, starting with the protagonist Mario Van Peebles. This is the usual American byproduct distributed in Italy solely for the home video market (and given the film's quality, that's more than enough) with an implausible story and stereotypical characters, which doesn't even offer a sequence worth mentioning. Absolutely avoidable.
