•The army, with the help of some university students experts in genetics and computer science, carries out an experiment aimed at discovering a method to be able to communicate and "command" insects. When the experiment gets out of control, Los Angeles finds itself invaded by millions of "thinking" and extremely lethal cockroaches... Here is served the latest video sub-product that, stealing ideas and situations here and there (from "Mimic" to "Aracnophobia"), drags itself very slowly until the unbelievable and ridiculous ending, where we even witness the union of all the cockroaches to form a single giant "insettone"! To make matters worse, there is also an untimely cameo by a composed and almost unbearable Mickey Rourke. The digital effects (by the way, really very few...) are not well made; an unclassifiable film!
