In seguito al suicidio della madre, Nica, sulla sedia a rotelle da quando è nata, è costretta a riunirsi per il funerale con la sorella Barb, il cognato Ian, la nipote Alice e la tata di questa. Quando però la gente che detesta comincia a morire misteriosamente, l'impavida Nica è inorridita dallo scoprire che il colpevole potrebbe essere Chucky, la strana bambola dai capelli rossi ricevuta qualche giorno prima per posta. Ciò che non sa è che Chucky ha da regolare un conto lasciato in sospeso venti anni prima.

Neither the darker and brutal supernatural slasher of the original Child's Play, nor the cheesier and campy fun found in the other two "Of Chucky" films, so fans hoping for either one of those outcomes will be disappointed. But if you think of it as less a Child's Play film, and look at it for what it really is, a straight-to-video horror, then it's.... Okay I guess?
Final rating:★★ - Had some things that appeal to me, but a poor finished product.

This was an ok movie. What happened to Tiffany and their kid. There just all of a sudden gone. They established a family in the last sequel to being non existent in this movie.
