Few essential elements (a woman in danger, an isolated house, an innocent to protect) but good suspense and tension throughout the film. There are those who argue that the iconic "Halloween" by Carpenter owes more than one credit to this lesser-known thriller, but certainly the American director's cult film has something more. Still recommended, although very hard to find.
