Marco Castellini
A young woman from a noble family, who became paraplegic after an accident, discovers through regression hypnosis that she is the reincarnation of a witch. To expel the spirit of her wicked ancestor, her priest uncle performs an exorcism on her. A slow and poorly assembled mix of ideas borrowed here and there from masterpieces of the genre like "The Exorcist" and "Rosemary's Baby". Despite the presence in the cast of good actors, such as the excellent Mel Ferrer and the talented Carla Gravina, the film fails to take off, mainly due to a weak script and some "cheap" special effects. If you are true lovers of Italian horror and know how to make do...
