Sam, the "scanner" cop, continues his work in the police and finds himself once again forced to use his "special abilities" to face a dangerous criminal also endowed with enormous psychic powers. Useless and predictable sequel to an already negligible film. Same protagonist, same plot but more boredom. Better to rent and watch again for the umpteenth time "Scanner" by Cronenberg, that was a great film...
