A woman, in cahoots with her lover, decides to murder her husband with a poison derived from a fish. The serum forced down the man's throat does not kill but only creates a state of apparent death; the husband thus wakes up, exits his grave, and goes to exact his revenge. Predictable, sad, and boring, absolutely not recommended.

Entertaining enough made-for-cable TV movie moves at a brisk pace and has a great finale. Good performances from the three main cast members with Tim Matheson, Jennifer Jason Leigh and William Atherton (surprise surprise plays a scumbag) makes this worth checking out (saw it on Blu-ray from Kino Lorber). 3.5/5
