A giant octopus sows terror in the waters of California. After numerous victims and a series of useless attempts, it will be killed thanks to the use of two trained orcas. Produced in Italy but filmed in the USA, this "Tentacoli" directed, under the pseudonym of Oliver Hellman, by the Italian Ovidio Assonitis is a decent film that is appreciated in its genre, if not for anything else than for a certain originality and for the good special effects. One of the rare examples of fruitful cinematic collaboration between Italy and the United States. In the cast, it is worth noting the presence of John Huston and Bo Opkins.
