A group of soldiers are engaged in the search for some scientists, missing in the sewers of a futuristic Venice: they will find themselves facing a series of monstrous creatures that will try to eliminate them. Mattei gives the worst of himself even in the realm of fanta-horror, not denying this time either his deserved reputation as a bad director. Ridiculous dialogues as usual, barely improvised screenplay and scary monsters of rubber and latex that would make even a baby smile. I don't think it's necessary to say that this "Terminator 2" has nothing to do (neither from the plot point of view nor much less in artistic quality) with the splendid film by James Cameron.
