•The terrible dentist manages to escape the asylum where he was locked up in the first episode; he decides to take refuge in a remote village to continue his "work". Here, under a false identity, he starts practicing his profession again, but once more he lets events get the better of him and starts torturing his patients. This sequel has the serious flaw of not resuming the characteristic that ensured the success of the first film: the crudeness of the torture scenes; therefore, without this particularity, the film is rather boring.
