•Twenty years have passed since the events of the first film. Laurie has become the principal of a school in a small town, but she has not completely forgotten that tragic Halloween night. So on All Saints' Day, fearing Myers' return, she decides to barricade herself at home and send her son to camp. Unfortunately for her, her son has no intention of following his mother's plans and decides to spend the night at school. Laurie goes to the place to bring the young man home, but out of nowhere Michael reappears, eager to massacre anyone who gets in his way... We are not facing yet another predictable sequel to Carpenter's film, but almost a kind of remake, a pleasant and quite engaging film that brings back the protagonist of the first chapter, Jamie Lee Curtis, a bit older but still stunning, and a "youthful" narrative structure of the type of "Scream" and "I know what you did last summer"; the only flaw is the absence of strong scenes or splatter. Final note: in the last sequence of the film Michael is decapitated by Jamie, how will they make him come back for another sequel this time?
