In una Tokyo del futuro flagellata da mutanti chiamati Engineer.La loro caratteristica principale è quella di trasformare le ferite ricevute in armi letali. Per contrastare gli Engineer viene formata una speciale squadra d'assalto capitanata dalla nostra protagonista, la bella Eihi Shiina. Purtroppo la polizia privatizzata e indipendente, non ci va leggera e spesso a farne le spese sono anche gli innocenti cittadini...
