Three shady individuals kill a tavern keeper and let an innocent man be executed in his place. The girl who loved him commits suicide; Dr. Frankenstein intervenes and reconstructs the girl's body, transplanting the brain of her beloved into it. The monster carries out horrible revenge and then commits suicide. Fisher tries to give new life to the Frankenstein myth with a story that has nothing to do with Mary Shelley's original novel; the result is absolutely mediocre.
