A young teacher on her way to a position in Transylvania helps a young man escape the shackles his mother has put on him. In so doing she innocently unleashes the horrors of the undead once again on the populace, including those at her school for ladies. Luckily for some, Dr. Van Helsing is already on his way.

Un'istitutrice inglese in un castello della Transilvania scopre che il suo datore di lavoro è un vampiro. Per fortuna arriverà il solito eroe a salvarla. Fisher torna a pescare a piene mani nella tradizione del personaggio ideato da Stoker dimostrando che i film “per puri fini commerciali” si realizzavano anche negli anni sessanta! Il ruolo del cacciatore di vampiri è ancora una volta affidato a Peter Cushing, mentre manca l’apporto e la classe del mitico Christopher Lee. Evitabile.
