Diana and her husband Gerald go to visit her family, who are afflicted by a mysterious ailment curable only thanks to a potion periodically prepared by Diana's father. When the man passes away, all family members are left without "medicine" and begin to transform into werewolves… The undisputed leader of trash cinema: starting with the title, which in its original version "The rats are coming! The werewolves are there!" manages, for once, to be worse than the Italian one, moving on to the most absurd screenplay that horror cinema remembers (midway through the film, entirely based on werewolves, some unlikely giant killer rats appear, without understanding why or how), ending with ridiculous special effects. The "father" of this monster is one of the worst, but at the same time most mythologized, genre directors in history, namely Andy Milligan. Horrible, it nevertheless guarantees many healthy laughs!
