An American girl goes, accompanied by her archaeologist father, to Egypt. Left alone in a mosque, she is approached by a kind of witch who gives her a cursed amulet. Back in America, horrible and mysterious bloody events will begin to happen around the girl. Another insipid proof of the horror specialist, though good, Fulci; the film drags on slowly and tediously until the end, which, thanks to an unexpected plot twist, wakes the viewer from the drowsiness caused by the first part of the film.
