But what purpose does Santa Claus kill for?
A really crazy horror/splatter short film lasting about 9 minutes, by the Italian independent director Davide Pesca.
Here too, as in various horror films (like "Black Christmas" and "Silent Night"), the Christmas setting is the scene of massacres.
In this "Merry nightmare christmas" we find a massive dose of splatter provided by shots very careful to note the details of the injuries.
Unpredictable final twist but with a wink to the short film "Caruncula" by the Italian Mariano Baino.
This "Merry nightmare christmas" overall is a fun short film, which certainly does not aim at the originality of the story, and unfortunately after watching it leaves nothing to the viewer, but it definitely lets itself be watched with tranquility.
It deserves half a vote more!
