•A mysterious young man arrives at the inn of a wealthy widow who lives with her young son and her lover (with whom she had killed and made the husband disappear a few years earlier). From that moment on, strange things start happening in the house, bringing back the memory, which seemed now dormant, of the woman's first husband. This is the only barely decent film in the "Brivido giallo" series, in which the actors are sufficiently "suited" (for once) and the screenplay is at the limits of tolerance. Among the various "merits" listed, however, the lackluster direction by Lamberto Bava removes rhythm from the film. Avoidable.
