Four archaeologists discover mysterious catacombs under Rome, which they believe to be the famous "Tomba Domiziana". Strange events and dark omens do not stop their research, which instead of leading them to success, will lead them to a horrible end… Another low-budget Italian horror film, produced purely as a B-movie despite the presence of the talented Donald Pleasence, who became a true icon of genre films of this period. Predictable plot, poor direction, no plot twists, and not even a scare. The special effects are the work of Sergio Stivaletti, along with Pleasence, the second wasted talent for this film.
