Sarah passa la notte di Halloween a lavorare come babysitter, tenendo d’occhio i piccoli Tia e Timmy per tutta la serata. Il ragazzino scopre di aver ricevuto una videocassetta anonima, senza titolo e senza copertina. Dopo alcune titubanze, la donna decide di far vedere il misterioso nastro ai bambini. Il contenuto trasformerà la notte di Halloween in un inferno.
