Count Dracula terrorizes Transylvania with his terrible power, a group of tourist-researchers will be eliminated by the immortal vampire. It takes the intervention of the vampire hunter Van Helsing to get rid of the count. The most famous adaptation of Bram Stoker's novel, the first recognized by the writer's heirs (Murnau's "Nosferatu" was apocryphal). The director, Tod Browning, who the following year will direct the splendid and transgressive "Freaks", crafts a horror with discreet charm and stylistically suggestive. Dracula has the face of Bela Lugosi, the actor who, thanks to his countless and masterful performances as the Vampire Count, has remained in the history of horror cinema, linking his career to the character, to the point of being buried with the costume!
