Two children are kidnapped and killed to harvest their organs, which are then sold at a very high price. The ghosts of the two children, however, return from the world of the dead to avenge their tormentors. The film already had various problems during production: the little-known director Giovanni Simonelli, halfway through the film, realized, also due to the paucity of available means, that he was not able to continue the film; the producers then turned to Lucio Fulci (top expert in directing low-budget horror) who shot almost all the outdoor sequences and those that required the use of special effects. It was therefore inevitable that the result was among the worst: few and miserable the effects (the eyes of the child-ghosts lit up in red are, to say the least, ridiculous), actors on the verge of professionalism and, above all, a screenplay among the worst ever (true "strokes of genius" among which this line deserves special mention: "Ciao Silvia, I remember you when you sucked on a big... bottle full of milk!"). Inevitable judgment.
