A killer from another world is sent to Earth in exile. Upon arriving on our planet, he starts beheading all the unlucky people he encounters, just to pass the time. A police officer tries to stop him. The thin plot of the story could certainly not give rise to a great film, and indeed, this movie is only worth watching for its short duration and a few good effects. A fantasy-horror-comedy in the style of Peter Jackson, but the director is not him and it shows.
