A man with an unknown disease travels to an island with his girlfriend where his relatives once lived, hoping to find a cure to his illness. Although his relatives were all thought to be dead, he finds them living underground.

Un giovane nobile decaduto scopre che la sua famiglia era avezza a strane pratiche incestuose che hanno creato strane mutazioni genetiche, riducendo i suoi parenti in orribili creature; comincia a cercarli per tentare di eliminarli tutti. Un ormai spento Rutger Hauer è il protagonista di questo mediocre horror americano. Non è niente di eccezionale ma si fa guardare dall’inizio alla fine.
