October 6, 1988

As her marriage to decorated war hero Oliver draws near, well-heeled Diana moves into an apartment within an otherwise unoccupied, sprawling London house where she starts to experience strange and terrifying nightmares. But are these troubling night terrors merely the symptom of an unsettled mind, or the sign of something far more sinister at work? Hounded by a pair of sleazy journalists, Diana soon crosses paths with American tourist Jenny, who appears to have a strange connection to the foreboding house and its dark past.

Diana has strange visions that make her doubt everything, even her future husband. In the London house she has recently moved into, a young American arrives who remembers nothing of her past except that she lived in that very house. The two women establish a sort of understanding, and Diana, with her visions, manages to discover the identity of her friend, whose parents' death is somehow linked to that mysterious house. A confusing plot, with characters that appear and disappear without logical sense, if you add to this a practically non-existent direction and screenplay, you will understand why this is a house to stay well away from.
