•The terrible family of butchers continues to dismember the bodies of poor victims to make canned meat to sell in the city market. But this time, Sheriff Lefty, helped by a young girl, begins to investigate and manages to put an end to the terrible deeds of Faccia di pelle and his associates.
Sequel to the 1974 film, also directed by Tobe Hooper. More splatter than the first but less disturbing: the violence, although always present in massive doses, is tempered by a vein of irony that in the end becomes almost demoralizing comedy. However, appreciable for Hooper's effective direction and for the excellent special effects curated by the great Tom Savini. Among the cast, notable is the presence of Dennis Hopper.
