The inventor of a new product is invited to the villa of a wealthy potential buyer who hosts two couples of friends. All the guests want to buy the precious formula and the first murders begin. Only one will remain alive to enjoy the proceeds from the sale of the product. Probably one of the least successful among the thrillers directed by master Mario Bava. Many plot twists but little suspense. The film in some parts descends into the grotesque à whether intentionally or not. Memorable and, as usual, in great form the female lead Edwige Fenech! Only for fans of the director.
