ENTER THE DEVIL

Daniela, a young student, after discovering the sexual perversions to which her mother is devoted with her lover, falls prey to the Devil who takes possession (in all senses) of the poor girl. After the initial perplexities of her boyfriend and parents who cannot understand her mood swings and the incredible "sex attacks" that strike the young woman, it is realized that perhaps the reason for these incredible behaviors escapes any rational explanation. Invoked the quick help of the Church, soon the mystery is revealed. The inevitable intervention of a friar exorcist will resolve the situation, freeing the young woman from the nefarious influence. Unwatchable and trashy pseudo-erotic made in Italy and in the style of the more famous "The Exorcist" by William Friedkin. The director's film set the standard and this represents one of the classic examples of many Italian products born in the wake of the successful film, in the mid-1970s. As boring as many, demented and laughable in acting and plot, it is absolutely not recommended to watch. The only scene worth mentioning is that of the crucifixion of the unfortunate "Cossessa" by Satan (a hilarious Ivan Rassimov) in person. Also worth mentioning are the beautiful charms of the protagonist put on display for almost the entire film. Otherwise, much boredom and we challenge anyone not to let out a yawn throughout the duration of the work in question. Not being able to fall asleep before the end of the film is really a daunting task! To be avoided.
